Trigger a Second Evaluation to Learners 75 Days After Completing an ILT Offering

Hello Learning Community,

We have a requirement where we need to trigger an evaluation to learners 75 days after completing an ILT offering (in our case, this is called a "cold" evaluation). This evaluation will ask the learner how they're incorporating the knowledge/skills they acquired during the offering into their day-to-day roles (different than the typical "hot" evaluation, which is generally used to provide feedback about the content, instructor, relevance of the material, etc. right after the training).

The completion of the offering is not contingent on this second evaluation. In other words, learners should still be marked as 'complete' (assuming they've attended and completed the activities) before the second evaluation is pushed out to them. Completion of the second evaluation does not impact their completion status either. We'd like to use an evaluation in OLC (questionnaire functionality) to do this, but I need some help to brainstorm some potential solutions.
