View Only Checklist - Offboarding

Is it possible to configure a 'View Only Checklist' ?  

Ex: Offboarding checklist which has 4 tasks assigned to 4 performers/ SPOCs.  

Need to trigger View only checklist to Émployee where s/he could see the status of all 4 checklist tasks.
