Fast Formula Date Default Issue in Workforce Compensation Column
Summary
I need to return a date on PER_ASG_ATTRIBUTE_DATE1 into a column, but when trimmed, it does workContent
Fast Formula and/or Workforce Compensation Experts:
I've created a fast formula to pull a date into a user-defined column in the Workforce Compensation plan. The first attempt I was able to fetch the date, but it produced a less-than-desirable format in the Workforce Compensation column, which included a timestamp. Here is the formula:
/*=========== DATABASE ITEM DEFAULTS BEGIN ==============*/
DEFAULT FOR CMP_IV_ASSIGNMENT_ID IS 0
DEFAULT FOR PER_ASG_ATTRIBUTE_DATE1 IS '01-JAN-1951'(date)
INPUTS ARE CMP_IV_PLAN_ID (number) ,CMP_IV_PERIOD_ID (number) ,CMP_IV_COMPONENT_ID (number) ,CMP_IV_ITEM_NAME (text)
