During negotiation creation, the Category Manager defines requirements to get information from the supplier. The supplier responses can be evaluated and scored either by the negotiation owner or a team of evaluators (scoring teams). The category manager can then use the requirement ratings along with response price to determine the best suppliers from whom to source the item or service.
