Deprecated Legacy Manage Configuration Screen

How can I confirm I am prepared for the loss of legacy manage configuration?

I have been trying to wrap my head around the deprecation of the legacy manage configuration screen.

It seems to me that we have always configured the mobility screen in the application configuration and the web screen in the legacy manage.  Now I am trying to reconcile the settings for all of my users. Some section configurations are copied when updated in either (*), but how do I confirm that all my edits in manage are configured in the application screen?  How do I know what I am losing until Oracle makes the change to my test environment?  Has anyone else had these thoughts? I still do not understand how the entire manage screen can be deprecated.
