Recruiters are sometimes unable to edit offers letters

Hello,

Some of our recruiters are reporting that they are unable to edit offer letters when they are creating them. They usually need to edit them because our team adds extra information in the requisition titles that isn't necessary for the offer letter. So far having them restart Taleo, or clear their browser cache seems to get things working again. Has anyone else experienced issues with editing offer letters?
