Internal Careers Site Access Off Corporate Network

Looking for suggestions on how you have made your Taleo internal careers section available to employees on an external network (i.e. home computer)

There is a current project underway at our organization to make an internal mobility site for our teammates. From there, teammates would be able to see what internal job postings are available and submit applications.

We are having some issues with IT security around this issue, as we only allow internal teammates to access the internal careers section on our network with Single Sign On credentials. Since we want internal teammates to be able to apply off the network, IT Security would like us to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for all internal applicants that are off the network. This poses an issue for us, as we have 38k store hourly teammates that are potential internal applicants that are unable to apply from a store computer at work.
