OTBI reporting on expired approvals/transactions not working

edited Sep 2, 2019 12:02PM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 7 comments

Summary

The delivered subject areas do not allow for 'expired' status to be reported upon.

Content

We have recently configured our approvals to expire after 21 days if they are not actioned.  This functionality is working fine, which is great.

However, when I try to report using both the available subject areas (HCM – Transaction Administration Real Time and HCM – Approval Notification Archive Real Time), neither of them shows "Expired" status.  Instead, the status shows as complete.

I would rather not use BIP if I can avoid it - is there a way to get this information without?

Howdy, Stranger!
