Contract Recruiter role

Need a customization role for contract recruiter

Team,

I had created few customized role for our team, but now the requirement is to create a new role to our contract recruiter, who should able to only add the new candidate, attach the candidate to open requirements and schedule the interview's, but should not able to view the candidates who are not his/her. Has anyone created any such restricted role to recruiter? any suggestion would be appreciated
