I cannot view the "next" button when attempting to use the add to taleo function

I have recently updated my outlook plug-in, however, I cannot use the "add to taleo" function. I am able to select whether or not it is a new or existing candidate, however, I cannot move from that page; the window opens in full size and the bottom is cut off, therefore I cannot access the "next" button to move on.
