GSP for Union EmployeesContent
Hi,
We implemented the grade step progression (GSP) process for our union employees to help with step increases that happen based on a date field. Does anyone else use the GSPs and how do you use them? I have to manually run it on the days that I know a union employee is expected to get a step increase because the scheduling process is not working. Anyone else finding this problem?
