Hello,

My client have two plan components that they want to use with manager level budgeting and to cascade by direct reports from the CEO down to Director level; the Directors will then allocate budget directly to all lower level managers and these managers should not have access to change the budget figures.  While they are aware that Directors can use the 'No Updates Allowed' setting for all lower level managers to lock their budget figures, they are looking for a more reliable way of preventing cascade below a particular grade.  Has anyone had a similar requirement before and if so,
