Experiencing an error in some of the Talent Review Meetings after 19C

We are receiving an error when clicking on the View Prior Ratings in the Talent Review Mtg 9-Box  after 19C, but only in some of them. Some still work fine. We have not performed any of the UX upgrades, nor the enhanced Profile upgrade. All of the Talent Review Meetings were created before 19C and all of the 'View Prior Ratings' worked before 19C. It is the generic 60097 Error, attached.  I can't find anything common denominator in why prior ratings are throwing this error in some meetings but not others. Is anyone else having issues with Talent Review Meetings
