Best way to configure Geography Hierarchies for ORC

Hi, 

Please suggest a best practice to configure Geography Hierarchies for ORC. 

Our client is operating in 8 countries, so we added sub-levels 1 and 2 for all the 8 countries which resulted in large chunks of data in the Hierarchy. And because of this there are many issues popping up like:

1. Unable to Contextualize by Recruiting Location 

2. Unable to duplicate the Hierarchy 

3. Taking too long to load Primary Location while creating a requisition 

Please suggest possible ways to deal with this.
