Pre-employment checks process in ORC

We're a TEE user and currently collecting some information on ORC implementation and are performing gap analysis.
We have very complex pre-hire processes in Taleo, which has numerous number of steps and wondering if/how we could achieve this in ORC. The checks are mainly about
- Candidate's data validation
- National Police Check integration (web service)
- Nurse registration board check integration (web service)
- Health Assessment
- Working rights validation
The related tasks are to be completed by both candidates and recruiters/hiring managers. These are not just background checks but rather business process management. Several integrations of TCC/Web services are filling information as well as manual submissions of forms.
