How to generate Compensation Change Statements for specific workers only

Hello experts,

is there a way to generate compensation change statements only for those workers gaining a salary increase?

In other words, the expected outcome is to create compensation statements only for those workers having a pay adjustments. We wouldn't like to generate letters for those workers who didn't have a salary increase.

How can we accomplish this outcome?
