Onboarding reportable comment creation

Is there anyway to create comments regarding onboarding that are updateable daily by the recruitment team and then reportable in BIEE

I am hoping someone might know the answer to this, we would like to enable comments on the onboarding transitions process to improve efficiencies within our recruiting team.

Currently the team are taking all the data out of taleo, putting it into a spreadsheet and then adding their tracking comments at the side so they can keep track of their tasks. This is obviously very inefficient and the team would like to be able to put onboarding comments directly into taleo. Is there any possibility of this? I am unable to find a comment section for taleo itself.
