Duplicate assigment created when loading HDL dat file

When trying to add additional rows to current active emp in fusion duplicate assignment has been created

Hi,

Hoping someone can provide some assistance in correcting and progressing with my issue?

Employee has already got an active record in Fusion but not all data has carried across to their record from HCM.

In an attempt to add the additional rows by loading a .dat file I have created an additional person record for same employee just with the additional assignment rows on which is linked to the same work relationship that is used for the original active record.
