A logical end date is required - While loading element entries using HDL

Summary

A logical end date is required - While loading element entries using HDL

Content

We have a non-recurring element which has one input value of type character and takes value of 'Yes'.

i was able to load them with an effective start date of 12/31/2019 successfully. the end date is determined automatically based on payroll relationship (weekly vs biweekly). However, when i load for next year for the same employee with an eff. start date of 12/31/2020 and a new source system ID, it throws an error saying 'logical end date' is required. i feel i am overseeing a trivial step here in terms of HDL format. Can you please review and share your thoughts:
