Tentative flag in contract

Hello

Just wondering if there is a way to pull 'tentative' into the contract from the tentative tick box.

Example:

Candidate receives eoffer with a tentative start date in the contract.

Once the pre employment screening is complete the tentative checkbox is unticked, start date is updated, then the contract in transitions will update to the new start date and the word tentative would disappear
