Need inputs to send Failure notification of HCM Extract to the group of users.

Hi All,

if any custom HCM Extract fail then we are expecting notification as group wise. In the Refine extract we added Owner Type and Owner but we are not getting any notification.

Please share inputs if we miss anything.
