Does Taleo allow for the ability to configure “question sets” based on the job to help screen candidate qualifications? Our current set up allows for questions to be pulled up by job, but then the HRBP and/or HR Specialist needs to actually go through and select (check off) the questions to be asked of the applicants each time. It would be great – and more efficient – if we could just set the system up to automatically apply a question set (group of questions) to the job req based on the job.
