Enlarging the Comments field in the goal template

Hello!

I am wondering who I can make it possible to enlarge the area for the Comments section on the goal template for the bigger visibility of the content?

There is the option for this in the Description section, but not in the Success Criteria and Comments section. 

I am attaching a screenshot about this.
