Unable to view details of degree and work history when accessing candidate job application from req

We have converted candidates and While the information all loaded, there is an issue with viewing the data in the correct area. When viewing the candidate in the requisition, the work history and education is not viewable on a candidate when clicking into their record from the requisition view. However, if you navigate to the same candidate in the candidate search view, the information is viewable without issue.

Is there anything changed in 19C for Talent Profiles which we need to do. This is happening in our Production instance and we never faced this issue.
