Error when using "Report on all Learning Plans"

Error when using "Report on all Learning Plans" on learning plan completion reports

 I am trying to run learning plan completion reports in Taleo Learn. It will allow me to run a report on an individual learning plan in parameters however when I use the “Report on all Learning Plans” it returns an “Error” under last run status. I tried on two different days to see if this was a temporary issue with the same Error results. I have never had an issue before running these same learning plan completion reports.

Is anyone else having similar issues or may have a possible solution
