Unable to extend job Offer letter to the candidate

Hi,
I'm not able to extend the job offer letter to the candidate for the follow error:
"There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590302)
This job offer cannot be extended because the job offer letter was not created by the BI Publisher server."
I downloaded the JobOfferLetterSample by BI Publisher and I followed all the steps as indicated in the guide but when I click on "Extend letter" I receive the error above.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
