Yesterday I randomly discovered our resume upload/parsing feature wasn't working in production.  I have a Sev 1 ticket open since yesterday morning, no ETA on it yet.  Not sure how long it has been down. They told me a few companies have now reported the same issue.   Just wanted everyone to be aware in case you wanted to see if your environment is effected as well.  You can upload a resume using the 'Additional Attachments' block - it is just the Upload Resume block that isn't working for uploading and using the plain text box.
