Hello Team,
We have a requirement from our client to create backdated offers for internal employees' transfer. System is allowing us to create offers with back date as hire date for the new transfers but when we submit the offers for approval, the approvers are not getting the notification and the transaction is failing where as in the front end, the status still remains as Offer - pending approval.
I understand that we can not create backdated offers for external candidates with hire date before their application date but this is for internal offers and the system behaviour is different and it is impacting the offer approvals.
