Requisition status to "Filled" using TCC

Trying to change the requisition status to "Filled" through TCC import script

Hello,

I am trying to update the status of a requisition to "Filled" using a TCC import script. But, I am getting the error in the log file as below. Can someone help with the solution or any insight on the same?

Note: The candidate applied for that requisition is in "To be Hired" status.
