We have a new benefit plan and I’m struggling with the rate calculations. The plan is called Critical Illness. There are 4 benefit options (as seen below in screenshot). The rate is set up to be a multiple of coverage, so I have a multiplier for each option. However, we need a flat $0.84 added to the rate. This may sound simple, however it is always $0.84 regardless of the coverage amount selected by the employee. That is where I’m struggling. Currently the setup is I have a multiplier of coverage for each option. However, I’m just not sure how
