Would like to create read-only access for external resources to our production pod

Hi,

I need to provide read-only access to our Taleo production pod for external consultants. Any input on how this can be achieved will be great. We don't want external consultants to make any changes to our production pod but have the ability to view all areas of Taleo production pod.

Any input on how to setup this will be great.
