SSH on port 443 on a basic instance

I'm trying to SSH to my instance with a fresh Ubuntu 18.04 (provisioned yesterday).

I added port 443 to sshd config, I can see it is listening to it. I opened the port in my SecurityList, I also added an iptables rule to open port 443 (INPUT).

But I still can't connect via SSH on port 443. The connection times out.

 

What else do I need to configure ?
