Job Boards appending thier source tracking in URL string - TBE

edited Sep 19, 2019 9:27PM in Taleo Business Edition (TBE) 6 comments

Summary

Does anyone else have issues with job boards appending their source code when candidates apply in TBE?

Content

Several job boards append thier source tracking in the URL string that travels with the candidate to our career site in TBE. It pre-populates the source. This is causing our code to break on our side. We have a main candidate source. We also have a req specific candidate source for each req someone applies to. I ran a candidate report for all that applied in Sept as an example. We have many candidates that have no req specific source on several reqs they have applied to. If a candidate applies directly from our careers site, the req source code does show up. If they apply on Glassdoor job board as an example. that source is on the application but once the candidate submits it, the req source disappears and all that is there on the app is the main source. I talked with Oracle Support and the engineer suggested a work around. It didn't work.

Howdy, Stranger!
