Sample file required to load absence load using HDL

Hello Experts,

We are trying to use HDL (PayrollElementDetails) to create/upload elements (this will make the element migration across instances very efficient). Here is the Oracle doc link - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/global-human-resources/19c/faihm/loading-payroll-setup-objects.html#FAIHM3558417

We were able to load a Standard Earning element successfully. However, while trying to load an absence element, we are facing an issue - the load completes successfully and post load, the process "Create Element from Element Template" is erroring out. We checked the process log and we see this message: - createElementTemplateForHDL- Template returned exception !
