How to find the last adjustment date database item for a compensation element in fast formula?

Hello experts,

I need to include in compensation plan the historical section for specific compensation elements. 

Then, I would like to know how to find the database item reporting the LAST ADJUSTMENT DATE for non-recurring compensation elements.
