Report to show all invoices, amounts, VAT and attachments

A report that will identify all invoices, with invoice amount and VAT amount along with a field that pick up the file attached name (including extension i.e. .pdf)

Hi,

As the title and summary say - how would I go about getting a report that will identify all invoices, with invoice amount and VAT amount along with a field that pick up the file attached name (including extension i.e. .pdf) 

I've tried a few things in OTBI and SQL but nothing seems right
