Timezone in Digital Assistant does not match with Oracle Service Cloud

We are testing from an intelligent bot where we pass the conversation to a live agent, but we realize that the time of the conversation that the Bot passes to the live agent is 6 hours ahead of the Oracle Service Cloud time that is in other time zone.
What we need to do in order to have both in the same time zone?
