SDM - How to configure group by mappings

We're unable to map the group by data in the SDM form to go to different FCCS POVs based on the groupings.

In looking through the Oracle documentation and academy videos, the supplemental data manager form entries should be able to be mapped based on groups identified in the Group By screen.  In our case, we are grouping by "Nature" which is an attribute (non-dimensional) and is a List data type.  What we would have expected is that the different items in the Nature list would become members on the Mapping tab that we can map into specific FCCS POV members, however they do not show up.  When we post the form, it only posts the value of the last Nature subtotal
