Defaulting Compensation Performance Rating to be Performance Overall Rating

Hi,

We are enabling the performance calibration tool as well as the compensation performance rating field.  We would like the compensation performance rating field to be defaulted to what comes from across the performance document (i.e. 3 stars given in performance document comes across as 3 stars in comp performance rating).  We are doing this so that the manager has a starting point to adjust the value for calibration purposes.  I know this value will not go back to the performance document but would like for the two performance ratings fields to match when a manager first goes into the system.
