We have requirement to access other buyers online message incase of their absence.

We have requirement to access other buyers online message incase of their absence. what we are looking for is if there are some online messages has been between buyer and other person in collaboration team, these conversation should be accessible to other buyer's. Is there a role or setting available for this?
