What is the Difference Between "Compensation Performance Rating - Prior" in the Model grouping criteria and "Employee overall performance rating"? the ultimate objective of mine is to use "Compensation Performance Rating - Prior" in the model to compensate employees according to their latest performance ratings. please be kind to share valuable knowledge about this matter.
