A Report from Oracle to provide site productivity

Can i ask if a report like this is possible?
 
They are looking to measure productivity in the sites, so they are looking at how many jobs they are raising/Closing from the data in Legacy system, however they would like to compare it to data in Oracle for however long that person worked that day. E.G.
