Order Lines stuck in Awaiting Shipping in OM

Hello All,

I require some help with an Order when some lines are stuck in Awaiting Shipping status in Order Management screen and in Manage shipment lines these order lines are in Shipped status instead of interfaced.

Grateful if anyone can help on how to close these lines please.
