Media in the job formatting

Hello,
i'm trying to add a Media in the job formatting. But if i want to add a immage i need to insert an URL and not attach a file.
Moreover even if i choose a video then i don't know how to insert.
I need to do some configuration before in order to see the media in the career site for the specific job requisition?
