Not able to see process like "Evaluate Life Event Participation" in Monitor Process Request section.

We have scheduled "Evaluate Life Event Participation" process in production with a admin user id that is not associated with person number. When I go to -My Client Group>Benefit Administration>Evaluation and Reporting>Monitor Process Request section, I don't see this process even though I login with the same user. There are other benefit processes as well with same issue.  I can only see following process. 

  • Enroll in Default Benefits
  • Generate and Transmit Benefits Extract File

I can still the see the schedule and run details in tools>Scheduled processes but the log file does not make much sense there.
