Hi All,

I have created a work sheet for salary increment purpose. The salary increments decides based on last year employee overall performance ratings like below,

Overall Performance Ratings	Salary Increment percentage
Needs Improvement	2%
Below Expectation	3%
Met Expectation	4%
Exceed Expectation	5%
Consistently Exceed Expectation	6%

 

We use this calculation for the “Compensation Amount - Component 1” column and this calculation not happening at all. The column values are zero. I have attached the relevant screen shots to this post. Please be kind to share your expert knowledge.
