Deep Link/Navigate to Requisition in analysis

Is it possible to add an Action Link that navigates you back to the specific requisition or candidate profile? My recruiters would like to click on the candidate name or requisition number and/or title in the analysis and have it take them directly to that specific candidate profile or requisition.
