Alert composer not listing Resources

Hi I hope you are doing well.

 

I'm having some issues setting up Alert Composer.

At this moment we have already assigned:

Also, We are able to see the list of Resources in the first page of the Alert.

Functional Security Privilege Assigned to Job Role
Access Alerts Composer
HRC_ACCESS_ALERTS_COMPOSER_PRIV
Human Capital Management Integration Specialist
Process a Predefined Alert
HRC_PROCESS_PREDEFINED_ALERT_PRIV
Human Capital Management Integration Specialist

The problem comes when trying to create a FILTER, we are not able to see the Resources for the filter, the dropdown list is empty.
