Hi,

If a customer calls in Global HUB asking for the terms of Service for Autonomous database, both the free and paid tiers, what details should we provide?

Also would be helpful if you could provide details on the below questions:

- Is there any SLA or terms about what you can or cannot host on it? Is there a copy of the terms of service or SLA?

- If I were to update my services to paid rather than free is there then an SLA?

- Is there any terms on what either the free or paid services can be used for? For example, are you allowed to run a money making Business Service from it?
