Creating Report for Performance Appraisal

Is it possible to get the following information below on a report.

I was trying to retrive from subject area Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time however i am not able to get the Qualitative and Quantitative fields or Overall Performance scores.

I am new to Oracle Fusion and not familiar with the subject areas and the fields.
